The practice is fee-for-service by design: no insurance red tape, transparent pricing, and time to actually listen.
Our Story
Dr. Lawson Hoover is a fourth-generation dentist — his grandfather, uncle, and father all practiced dentistry before him. For Dr. Hoover, this is more than a career. It's a calling passed down through generations of family commitment to patient care. After graduating from West Virginia University School of Dentistry, he opened his first practice in Elizabethton, TN, where he built lasting relationships with patients across Carter County. When Hurricane Helene destroyed his Elizabethton office, he rebuilt in Johnson City — bringing those same patients and values with him.
