Here is how it works: after your visit, we will fill out your insurance claim form completely on your behalf. You submit it directly to your insurance company, and they reimburse you according to your out-of-network benefits. Many patients are surprised by how much their plan covers even for out-of-network providers.

Schedule your appointment just like you would anywhere else. We welcome patients with any insurance plan — or no insurance at all. Everyone is treated with the same level of care.
We Handle the Paperwork
After your visit, Dr. Hoover's team will complete your insurance claim form for you, fully filled out and ready to submit. We make it as simple as possible on your end.
You Get Reimbursed
You submit the completed claim to your insurance company directly. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, your plan may reimburse a meaningful portion of your treatment cost.
